We use a Java based Audio Recorder with a Flash based MP3 Player.

Why Java?
Because of the superior audio recording quality. The recording is actually done on YOUR machine, independent of your internet connection quality (Flash based recorders record while streaming your voice across the internet to a server)

All messages are recorded using
BitRate: 32kbps
Sample Rate: 44100
1 channel mono

You can easily download the MP3 messages from your control panel.
